Smile, blush, blush a little , The beautiful celebration of Shravan has arrived......
With the aim of making the students aware of the festivals of Maharashtra and preserving our culture and traditions, CHME Society's Shishu Vihar and Balak Mandir English medium school organized Shravan festival for students & parents.
The program started with self defence ( lathi) performance, presented by SVBME girls to aware everyone to make their child self defender.
On this occasion, the students presented the festival and culture of Hinduism in the school. Starting from the holy month of Shravan Scenes of festivals such as Nagpanchami, Rakshabandhan, Naralipurnima, Mangalagouri, Shri Krishna Janmashtami, Gopalkala, Bail Pola, Hartalika Pujan, Ganapati Agaman, Gauri Pujan etc. were enacted. Students also performed various dances based on these festivals. General Secretary Hon. Hemant Deshpande, Secretary Hon. Milind Vaidya Sir guided the program . Chief Guest Hon. Nirmal Ashtaputre madam, Hon. Mithila Deshpande madam was present for the same & appreciated the whole event. The whole program was conducted under the wide guidance of school chairman Hon. Jayant Khedekar Sir & school Principal Rajan Chettiar sir. PTA Vice President Dinesh Ekhande sir & all PTA members were present & co-operate for the event. All the teaching staff, non-teaching staff and students along with supervisor Rakhi Dube, Jaya Dagale, teacher Yojana Yawalkar, Swarupa Sajgure, Mansi Jadhav were present for the same.
